Please join us for the 29th annual Al Toll Memorial 5K & 15K. Proceeds from these races will be sent to the Epilepsy Foundation in honor & memory of Al Toll, Macon Tracks Running Club member. The 5K is an out-and-back and the 15K is a rolling loop with plenty of pleasant scenery to take your mind off the hills. This year both races are open to runners of all ages.
WHERE: Races will begin at the IKON/Ricoh office building on 1738 Bass Rd. From I-75, take the Bass Road exit and turn left (coming from Atlanta) or right (coming from downtown Macon). Go straight through the 4-way stop and the new IKON building is ahead on the left. If you get to Riverside Drive you’ve gone too far. Race day registration and packet pick-up will be inside.
SHIRTS: Custom shirts to participants while supplies last. Early registrants get first pick on the sizes.
AWARDS: Awards will be given to: the first 3 overall finishers in each race; the first masters in the 5K; the first 3 masters in the 15K; and the first 3 finishers in age groups 10 & under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, and 70+.

Mailed registrations must be postmarked by February 9. Race day registration will be $25.00. This year we are offering a no-shirt option, $15 to pre-register and $20 on race day. Send your checks, made payable to MTRC, or Macon Tracks Running Club, to: P.O. Box 26455, Macon, GA 31221.
This race will be part of the 2013 edition of the Macon Tracks Piedmont Sports Medicine Race Series. Macon Tracks members earn points and receive discounted entry fees at participating races. Awards will be given at the end of the year.
Both courses will close at 11:15 a.m. There will be 2 water stops along the 15K course and 1 on the 5K course. No refunds or transfers. Results posted at www.macontracks.org . E-mail Kerry at email@example.com with questions.
The 5K course will head towards New Forsyth Rd. and turn right, continue 1.55 miles to the turn-around, and double back to the finish line. The 15K goes from same area only in the opposite direction, toward Riverside Drive. Runners will then turn left onto Riverside Drive, proceeding to N. Wesleyan Drive, where they turn left again. They remain on this until it dead-ends onto Pate Road, turning left again, proceeding to New Forsyth (just before the interstate), where they turn left again. Runners will turn left again on Bass Road and continue to the finish line. The blue balloon indicates the start for both races. The blue line is the 15K course and the red line is the 5K course. The red balloon indicates the turn-around point for the 5K.
