DESCRIPTION:\n\nPlease join us for the 3rd Annual Heart &amp\; Sole 5K Race
  on Saturday\, September 17th at 8 AM. The 5K race held in memory of Cole 
 Varnum\, will start at Central Baptist Church in Americus\, GA. Runners\, 
 Joggers\, Walkers\, and individuals of all ages are welcome to participate
  in this event.\n\nCole was only 21 years old when he unexpectedly passed 
 away on June 2\, 2018\, due to Sudden Cardiac Arrest from an unknown illne
 ss\, Cardiomegaly (an enlarged heart).\n\nThe Cole Varnum Agency was found
 ed in memory of Cole Varnum\, with the intent to potentially save lives by
  raising public awareness of Sudden Cardiac Arrest. The goal is to be able
  to provide Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) to local schools\, bu
 sinesses\, organizations\, and individuals in the surrounding area who cou
 ld possibly benefit from having one\, as well as provide the opportunity f
 or individuals to participate in AED/CPR training and heart screenings.\n
