DESCRIPTION:This virtual 5K can be run or walked at any time beginning on N
 ov. 26th at 12:01 am through Nov. 29th at 11:59 pm at a route of your choo
 sing.\n\nThe 8th annual "Sweet Soles" Diabetes 5K Run/Walk will take place
  virtually wherever you are for Diabetes Month in November.  This walk/ru
 n is an amazing family-friendly event focused on bringing awareness and pr
 evention to diabetes.  We typically have a pre-race warm-up session\, pos
 t-race awards ceremony\, and live music.  However\, in the midst of a pan
 demic\, things have to be a little different to keep everyone safe.  Part
 icipation t-shirts will be mailed and an amazing Spotify playlist will be 
 shared for you to jam to as you run/walk.  You will also have the option 
 to track your run and submit your time :).   This is still a truly great
  event in honor of diabetes month and we look forward to you joining us in
  the virtual realm!!!
