Here is the latest regarding the 2025 Winterville Snowflake 10K per’ Carole of Classic Race Services for your information.  This event is a Clover Glove Race Series’ event, a Black Bag Race Series’ event, and part of the FireFly Trail Series.

11th Annual Winterville Snowflake 10K Sign Up Snowflake 10K In-Person has changed to a Virtual Event
The weather predictions are saying the Athens / Winterville area will receive some form of frozen precipitation and/or snow beginning Friday morning and lasting all day with accumulation likely.  The temperature will not reach above freezing until later in the day on Saturday.  Due to the likely event of snow and ice the decision has been made to switch the IN-PERSON Snowflake 10K to the VIRTUAL Snowflake 10K.   What does this mean?All in-person registrations have been transferred to virtual registrations.  You may run your 10K distance anywhere and at anytime prior to January 31, 2025.  Record your running time and submit results no later than 12 noon on January 31 using the button below. Submit Virtual Finish Time

What about my in-person t-shirt? For runners that registered as an in-person runner on or before December 18 you and selected a t-shirt size you will receive your shirt.  There are a couple of options for getting the shirt:

Michael Law will bring the t-shirts to several of the Athens Road Runners runs taking place over the next week or two
Carole Black will have t-shirts for the regular Classic Race Services runners and you can get your shirt from Carole at your next CRS race
T-shirts will be available for pickup from the Winterville City Hall, 125 North Church Street, Winterville, GA beginning on Monday, January 20.    Stay safe and warm out there…. and as you run your Virtual 10K….  Have a good run and have a safe run!!!!Carole Logo
