It’s The Journey’s 5th Annual 5K to help support central Georgians facing breast cancer! This family-friendly run/walk is perfect for all levels of fitness. All funds raised support breast cancer programs throughout middle Georgia. The Georgia 5K Run/Walk for Breast Cancer launches on Saturday, May 13th at The Shoppes at River Crossing, Macon. The race begins at 8:00 a.m. and is a run/walk event. It’s The Journey, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization founded in 2002 that raises funds for Georgia breast cancer organizations offering support to many women and men across the state.
